Reflection Paper 1

Some of the most common technologies I have experienced during my school years include overhead projectors, computers for ppt presentations, microscopes, tape players, cd/dvd players along with slide projectors. An example of technology integrated into the college classroom occured in my Geology class. Here, we had a projector hooked up to the computer and the projector screen that displayed live images of rocks (for example). I have never seen something like this before. The technologies I am most familiar with are the internet, word processing, e-mail, ppt, digital cameras along with games/simulation and you tube. I expect to learn how to integrate technology to my advantage as a teacher of biology
